And so the story goes...
Young Andy has just passed his entrance exams to University, bags himself a girl and is moving out. Ah finally sweet 18...
Andy clears his room, of all his junk, including his childhood toys.
"oh no did you hear that, exclaims woody, as he frantically flails his whimpy arms around in the air."
The Great Struggle
Chapter 1
March 3rd, it was spring, and a start of a new year. Andy had decided to throw out his toys once and for all.
- Woody is greatly saddened by this event, along with all the other toys in the hood.
As Andy reaches around his room putting all his once loved toys into a box, the toys are figuring out what they are going to do. -Buzz has a plan, he suggests they look for the nearest pawn shop so they maybe one day be owned again, however the dangers of reaching that shop and also the risks of making the great journey.
Night fall draws swiftly, the toys are disposed of outside. Not a sound to be heard except the chirping of crickets.
Woody begins with a question, “so what’s the plan?” Buzz replies “to the pawn shop, but how?”
Woody is not happy with such a decision, as he would like to return to the house, unknowingly to the rest Woody wants to rebel, strange but true the rope swinging cowboy makes his moves.
He sees his opportunity, woody jumps in with a hi-jump kick Buzz dodges woody keeps flying and crashes… Buzz knows Woody is scared, and yells to him “stop! This is the best way to go about, Andy obviously doesn’t want us around anymore and we have to accept and move on.”
Finally Woody realized that Andy has been changing, and maybe for the best. He is swiftly comforted by Mr. Potato along with Slinky. Once this dispute was settled the plan was to find the way to a pawn shop. “But where is it? Buzz?” Asks Woody. Buzz replies, I have a great idea let’s find a map!
Suddenly! The neighbor’s dog spots them, it start barking as it runs their way! There’s only one way to escape and that’s down the drain! The toys make a break, only 5 meters away! Down the hole they go, falling into the darkness. Thud~! Is everyone ok says Buzz. Mumbling to himself, how to get out now… from the left of him Bo-peep yells “ molest!” everyone is drawn to her,
she screams again, someone is grabbing her, lights turn on and they find themselves all surrounded, but by what?
An army of toys, riding rats as horses?
- Strange for our heroes to find a new civilization of abandoned toys underground~
UNKNOWN VOICE - “Who goes there?” Buzz is in a state of shock, as nails are pointed at him and the others around. The toy in charge gets of his rat. “He asks who are you. Where do you come from? Speak!” Buzz replies “I am buzz light year of star command and who may you be?”. The unknown toy walks into the light, “at ease men these toys don’t pose any harm”. I am sonic the hedgehog of the freedom fighters… a once loved toy but lost in action. What brings you down to these lands? Have you been sent to aid us in our struggle against the vermin which lie within?” Buzz then replies with a puzzled face, “um where’s the exit?” sonic points down the river. Woody scared as usual then jumps in asking “what about the vermin? What do they do?” sonic replies, “sadly my fellow toys have been taken captive, one by one they disappear where they go I don’t know, I hear they tear you apart limb at a time.”
Quickly! Shouts sonic “we must move, before we are found.” The toys journey down the strange tunnels alongside their new friend’s, what lies ahead who knows? Is it danger? Or perhaps safe haven?
Hours later our heroes find themselves at a metropolis of what seem to be lost toys, a city bustling with toys in fact. Welcome new friends they shout as they walk down the roads, by this time Buzz has forgotten about the pawn shop and is caught in total amazement. Out of a sudden the city is attacked, huge rats bust in through city walls. “Battle stations” cries the voice of many toys, as everyone scuttles about. “So this is the vermin you talk of?” exclaims Woody? “Damn straight!” Yells sonic as he takes aim with a nail gun. The other toys are scared and paralyzed with fear, then from nowhere bo-peep is taken, into the darkness in the mouth of 1 of the vermin, WOOOOOODY yells peep, Woody tries to pursue but Buzz grabs him “no u must not! It’s dangerous!” Woody is enraged, he grabs Sonic and shakes him “How do I find her what must I do? Most importantly where do I sign up??” sonic grins , the other toys are over whelmed by their recent loss.
What is going to happen next? What can Woody do to find his peep? Can Buzz find their way out of this mess?
